PTSD at End-of-Life: Presentations and Approaches to Alleviating Distress

This live knowledge based webinar will address how PTSD may present in patients approaching end of life, and provide approaches for navigating and alleviating end of life distress related to PTSD. Providing end of life care for Veterans requires and benefits from a holistic multidisciplinary approach, and this webinar will build on research and clinical experience from multidisclipinary teams. Healthcare teams will reflect on the care they have provided Veterans at end of life, their own experience in navigating challenging patient scenarios, and consider how PTSD at end of life may present in ways beyond a typical PTSD presentation.
