I am a licensed professional counselor in Morgantown, WV with over 13 years of experience as a therapist and over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. I work from an integrated, person-centered approach and use a variety of styles to best meet the needs of my clients. I have a background working with adults experiencing addiction, mood disorders, grief, codependency, life changes and past trauma. I strive to create a warm welcoming space that is supportive and empowering. I view therapy as a collaborative journey that can help my clients break old patterns that are no longer effective while building tools to navigate life’s challenges in order to create the life they want. I specialize in EMDR and helping clients reprocess stressful events and experiences from the past. I also incorporate techniques from DBT, REBT, and TA as well as elements from IFS to create an individualized treatment approach for each client.
