With all the focus on our physical health and staying safe from Covid-19, we sometimes forget the mental stress and trauma we are experiencing as well.  When it all feels lonely, overwhelming, and unending, I am reminded of what Mr. Rogers once said, “Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.”  Talking about our mental health is a vital part of staying healthy and safe.
